Is it working?
Two separable questions: does the mechanism still work on the platforms in 2026, and is this launch performing. The first has an answer now; the second does not.
Does the mechanism still work
The underlying incentive has not changed. Platforms trim reach on posts that send people away and reward posts that generate replies, because replies are the strongest available signal that a post was worth showing. Asking for a comment rather than a click sits on the right side of that.
Nothing about 2026 has reversed that. If anything the weighting on replies has increased. The mechanic in detail.
What cannot be assessed yet
Buyer outcomes from the 2026 programme. It opens in September and has not been delivered. Anyone reporting inside results is describing something they have not received.
Signals worth watching
| Signal | What it would mean |
|---|---|
| The close on 24 September 2026, 11:59pm Pacific holds | The scarcity was real |
| Buyers posting results in October | The method transfers |
| Competitors bundling tooling next year | The model worked commercially |
| A sixth annual run in 2027 | The business survived its customers |
The saturation question
The vendor claims fewer than 1 in 100 accounts use the loop. That is their estimate, not a measurement, and nobody outside the platforms can verify it. The direction is plausible; the precision is not established, and nothing about a decision should rest on the exact ratio.
How to check it yourself
Look at comparable accounts in a niche you would work. See whether commenting a word triggers a message. Five minutes of that beats any published statistic.
