The observable pattern afterwards

Outcome data for any specific launch is private. What is observable across this category is a consistent shape, and the shape is more useful than any figure a seller could publish.

The shape

A large group opens the material in the first week. A smaller group is still working through it at week four. A smaller group again is publishing consistently at month three, and that last group contains almost everyone who reports a result.

The attrition is not evenly spread. Most of it happens in a narrow band between weeks two and five, after the live sessions end and before anything has started working.

Why that particular window

Because it is where the external structure stops and the internal structure has to take over. During the sessions there are dates, a room and other people; afterwards there is a person and a calendar.

Anyone assessing whether this format suits them should be assessing that specific transition rather than the purchase itself, because it is where the outcome is decided.

What separates the groups

None of those is about intelligence, prior experience or how good the programme is, which is why programme comparisons predict outcomes so poorly.

Why week six is the real test

By then the sessions have ended, nothing has worked yet, and the initial motivation has been spent. Everything after that point runs on whatever structure the person built for themselves.

Sellers extending live support past this window are responding to exactly that, and it is the most meaningful design difference between operators in this category.

What sellers can and cannot influence

They can extend the structure - longer live components, cohort check-ins, deadlines after purchase. Several operators in this category have moved that way for exactly this reason.

They cannot supply follow-through, and the honest ones say so. A programme that promises results rather than material is describing something outside its control.

What the successful minority have in common

Published work before the support ended. Not results - published work. The group still active at month three is almost entirely composed of people who had something live while the sessions were still running.

That is a narrower and more actionable finding than any advice about mindset, and it points at a single instruction: ship something in the first fortnight, however small.

The implication for a prospective buyer

The most useful preparation is not more research into the product. It is deciding when the work will happen in week six, because that is the week the decision actually gets made.
